FOUNDER EXPERIENCE
Engineering experience behind Buntop
Adewale Adeniran combines practical automation work with electrical engineering and intelligent systems education.
Founder-led consulting
The founder’s background includes onsite digital coordination at KRONES, electrical and controls work at Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling, automation at bioMérieux, production work at GE HealthCare, and earlier broadcast and critical infrastructure engineering.
These are professional experience references. They do not represent Buntop customer endorsements. The examples below describe prior work without confidential site information. Quantified results are explicitly identified as founder-reported.

PRIOR EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCE / COCA-COLA BROWNFIELD
Better production visibility. A stronger OEE result.
OEE increased from 45% to 69% over 90 days—an improvement of 24 percentage points, reported by the founder.
Context: A brownfield beverage manufacturing improvement initiative at Coca-Cola, with Adewale Adeniran serving as lead.
Approach: Edge integration using IO-Link and vibration sensing, improved production data quality and operational visibility contributed to the overall performance improvement. The initiative also used statistical process control (SPC), focused on mean time to repair (MTTR), and evaluated model predictive control (MPC).
Equipment-condition visibility: Vibration sensors connected through an IO-Link master to the edge system. This connection made equipment-condition data available for maintenance review and troubleshooting, helping reduce downtime.
MPC evaluation: MPC was evaluated rather than deployed in production. The overall OEE improvement is not attributed solely to MPC.
| Measure | Founder-reported result |
|---|---|
| Baseline OEE | 45% |
| OEE after the initiative | 69% |
| Change | 24 percentage points |
| Measurement period | 90 days |
| Founder’s role | Lead |
| Methods and focus | Edge integration, IO-Link, vibration sensing, production data quality, operational visibility, SPC, MTTR improvement and MPC evaluation |
Relevance to your plant: Establish a clear performance baseline, improve the reliability and visibility of production information, and connect improvement decisions to agreed measures.
This is founder-reported prior employment experience, not a Buntop client engagement or a Coca-Cola endorsement. Supporting employer records are not published here. Separate downtime, availability, performance, quality and MTTR results are not quantified.

Digital commissioning and equipment connectivity
Challenge: Equipment connectivity and operator readiness depend on several teams working from the same issue list and interface expectations.
Contribution: Coordinate onsite digital work, review signal mapping and HMI readiness, and follow integration issues through testing and handover.
Business value: Clear responsibility for connectivity issues and a structured path from installation to usable plant information. Results depend on project testing and acceptance records.
| Area | Experience |
|---|---|
| Problem context | Production equipment and digital systems need consistent mapping, usable operator interfaces and clear issue ownership. |
| Founder’s role | Onsite digital coordination connecting plant stakeholders, engineering teams and commissioning work. |
| Work involved | Equipment connectivity review, interface coordination, mapping issues, operator workstation readiness and integration issue follow-up. |
| Verification focus | Confirm equipment identity, signals, interface availability and expected behavior with responsible teams. |
| Delivery focus | Coordinate issue resolution and operating handover. Project-specific results should be supported by approved records. |
EXPERIENCE EXAMPLE / DIAGNOSTICS MANUFACTURING
Instrument information into a Tulip MES workflow
Challenge: Bring instrument results into a production workflow with the correct record context and predictable recovery when a connection fails.
Contribution: Connect and map instrument information through an IGEL thin client into Tulip, then test expected values and failure recovery.
Outcome reported by the founder: Quality and process owners reviewed and validated the workflow before production use. This describes prior employment work; supporting employer records are not published here.
Prior bioMérieux work included a SevenExcellence pH instrument connection through RS-232 to USB on an IGEL thin client, with data used in a Tulip workflow.
| Area | Experience |
|---|---|
| Purpose | Bring instrument information into a manufacturing workflow with usable record context. |
| Founder’s contribution | Instrument connection and mapping work, with failure recovery and workflow verification. |
| Checks | Expected values, units and record association; connection failure and recovery behavior. |
| Approval ownership | Quality and process owners reviewed the workflow before production use. |
| Boundary | This is founder employment experience, not a Buntop client case study or a claim that the demonstration app is validated. |
