Reported founder experience

These summaries describe prior employment work, not Buntop client engagements. Employer records are not published here, and the results have not been independently verified for this website.

Founder-reported result

Beverage production visibility

OEE improved from 45% to 69% over 90 days, as reported by the founder. The initiative combined equipment sensing, production data and operational improvement work.

Architecture examples

The three examples below are proposed designs adapted from supplied blueprints. They show how a project could be approached and tested. They are not completed deployments or verified client case studies.

What supports a verified project story?

A clear scope and contributor role, permission to publish, a baseline, dated test records, measured results and acceptance by the responsible owner. Until those records are available, proposed benefits remain test objectives.

Learning applications use simulated information. Consulting, sourcing and plant implementation are separately agreed services.
